Right of Withdrawal, Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
1. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 โ Consumer Code, consumer customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 working days of receiving the products, without penalty and without having to provide a reason.
Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal:
Products must be intact, unused, unworn, and undamaged.
They must be returned in their original packaging at the customer's expense.
Opened, worn, or items without their original packaging will not be accepted.
Items with the smell of smoke, perfume, lotions, or detergents will not be accepted.
Items must be sent in sturdy, durable packaging; otherwise, a 15% repackaging fee may be applied.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or made-to-measure products.
We are not responsible for lost returns, incorrect addresses, or delays in the delivery of returns.
For products in the โGocceโ line, only a size exchange is available, not a refund.
2. Refund
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving and verifying the returned products.
The purchase price will be refunded, excluding shipping and cash-on-delivery fees.
In the case of a partial return, the initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method:
Credit card / PayPal: direct reversal of the transaction
Cash on delivery / Bank transfer: refund via bank transfer (IBAN and account holder details must be provided)
Non-compliant or fraudulent refund requests will not be accepted.
3. Exchange
Products returned in their original condition may be exchanged for items of equal or greater value within 14 business days.
Worn or damaged items will not be accepted.
Requests to change the size, color, or model are accepted if they comply with the return conditions.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
The first exchange is always free.
